Read Our Terms and Conditions

Before you use the nailandbeautyschool.co.uk website (the “Site”), please read the following basic terms that govern your use of the Site. By using the Site, you agree to follow and be bound by these terms (the “Agreement”).

 

Replacement of Manuals and Certificates

Should a student wish to order a replacement certificate or set of manuals there will be an administrative charge of £30

 

Students Wishing to Change Venue

If a student wishes to change their training venue, a £30 admin charge will be payable. However, Nail and Beauty School are forced to change venue the student will not incur any additional charge.

 

Credit card and personal information security

Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information during purchases, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, most banks either cover all the charges that result from the unauthorized use (please check with your bank for more details).

 

How we use your personal information?

You have our promise that any personal information you provide will never be used by anyone not employed by nailandbeautyschool.co.uk. It is not the policy of nailandbeautyschool.co.uk to loan, sell, or share customer information to anyone. Any financial information that is collected is used only to bill customers for shipped orders.

We collect contact information (such as your e-mail address) when you sign up for an account, place an order or when you volunteer it for other services. If you have placed an order at nailandbeautyschool.co.uk, we may, from time to time, use the e-mail address you provided to send you information about news and offerings from the Nail and Beauty School. If you do not wish to receive such updates, you can contact us and we will remove your e-mail address.

 

Prices

All prices shown in are in UK Pounds (£).  Prices include delivery to a UK mainland address.

 

Delivery

The quoted prices are for UK mainland delivery only and use a standard 3 day carrier service.  If you require delivery outside the UK mainland then please email us with your request and we will deal with your enquiry.  

Please note that we reserve the right not to deliver to a Delivery Address that is different to the Cardholder Address, in which case we will consult with you at the email address you supply, and will refund any money paid if we do not resolve any concerns we might have.

 

Returns

Our fault

If you need to return goods because of our mistake then please contact us and we will arrange collection or advise you of the return method.  You will be refunded the full purchase price of the goods and any postage charges that you may have to pay, provided those charges have our prior approval.  New goods that are faulty will qualify for these refunds but please be aware that used clothing or equipment may have normal wear and tear problems and repairs may have been carried out on these items.

 

Your decision

If you decide to return the goods for other reasons, maybe because you have changed your mind or you have ordered the wrong size, then you must inform us of your decision within seven days of receiving the goods and we will refund the full purchase price within thirty days of receiving your notice, provided that you return the goods to us within fourteen days of originally receiving them.  You must keep such goods in your possession from the time you originally receive them to the time you return them to us.  You must have taken reasonable care of the goods while in your possession.  If you wish, we will arrange collection of the goods provided that you give us reasonable opportunity to do so from the original delivery address, or another mutually agreeable address, within the timescales outlined.  Under such circumstances, the full cost of recovery will be deducted from the refund price.

 

Cancellations

If you have placed an order but decide to cancel before you receive the goods then please contact us as soon as possible - preferably by both telephone and email.

If you inform us before we dispatch then we will carry out a card refund for the full price.  If we have already dispatched then the returns policy outlined above will come into force and you will be responsible for paying for returning the goods.

This web site may include links to other internet sites. We do not endorse any such web sites and we are not responsible for the information, material, products or services contained on or accessible through those web sites. Your access and use of such web sites remains solely at your own risk. You may only link to this web site with our express written permission. We expressly reserve the right to withdraw our consent at any time to a link which in our opinion is inappropriate or controversial.

We do make mistakes on occasion when we enter information into our site. As such, we reserve the right to make ‘corrections’ to information found on our site and ‘corrections’ to orders if affected.

 

Do you change your prices?

Occasionally, a price may be entered into our site incorrectly and we do not catch our error until we process your order. As such, we reserve the right to make ‘corrections’ to information found on our site and ‘corrections’ to orders if affected.

Also, prices are based on the cost of our last shipment. It is not uncommon for our manufacturers to raise prices on us from time to time. Thus, our site may state different levels of pricing at different periods of time.
